  • Exceptional job transition coaching to individuals and groups in career transition,
  • Facilitating Outplacement services, organization and staff development programs in anticipation of or response to workplace change.

She opened the practice in 2000 after serving as the Director of the University of Louisville Career Center for 10 years.

LeeAnn earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. A National Board Certified Career Counselor (N.C.C.C.) she has an extensive background in executive level management and higher education administration and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory and Birkman First Look administrator.

LeeAnn’s background includes:

  • Writing a weekly column for Career Parent Magazine
  • Contributing articles and developing distance learning curriculum for Bridges (now XAP), an industry leader in providing on-line career resources for students, their parents, job seekers and the educational community
  • Teaching college level Career Development and Counseling Psychology courses
  • Serving as CEO for a non-profit corporation
  • Providing successful Outplacement programs in a variety of settings from multi-national corporations to small neighborhood businesses, across industries.
